Beginner guitar that had seen plenty of use before it came here. Was from an estate auction. The guitar has been cleaned up, new ddarrio pb 12 strings, and a new nut and saddle work. However, being a cheaper guitar, there is no way to get the action lower past the 10th fret due to no truss rod and zero adjustment left on saddle. work would need to be done to rectify this, and perhaps shaving the entire bridge.. etc. For now, this sounds and plays fine as a 'cowboy chord' guitar up to the 7th fret.
