re Liberal Utopia does Exist

When as an adult, you fail to lay aside ignorant folk lore you learn as a child, you become closed, small, stymied. An accusation often hurled here is that "Democrat = Socialism." If that were true, then it would NOT be in our utopian world people receiving free anything. If one bothered to crack a text on political science, one would learn that in Socialism, "He that does not work, does not eat." In prison, guards are NOT armed. The prisoners often are, however. Real "liberal utopia" would be a land where people of differing political leanings respected one another, listened to new ideas and grew towards that "more perfect union." If you are even posting from this country, then stop nation dividing.
