Whoever flagged, the least you could've done was let it stay on long enough for someone to give me the name of a rescue I could take her to. Guess you prefer people dump them when they can't find them a home or rescue. I won't cause I'm not a POS like you, but just know, that's what you encourage everytime you flag. Easily at least 25% of dumped animals are because of you and people like you.
