help repairing dog chewed base boards and door jams

Our puppy has wreaked havoc on the wood in our house. The corners of multiple base boards and a couple door jams have been chewed up. Looking for some assistance to solve these eye sores. This is a rental property, so we don’t need perfection. Sanding, filling, and painting could be an option but I will let you tell me if we need to fully replace. Hoping to find an affordable solution. Please email me if you are interested. Trying to avoid fielding 50 calls.
