Eclectus parrot to rehome

Available for adoption is a 15 year old Solomon Islands eclectus complete with cage, food, etc. I adopted her 10 years ago and for 7 of those years she was a great pet, but sadly began to pluck her feathers 3 years ago after the death of another bird of mine. She also has not laid any eggs since then, and I am at a loss to know what to do. With a change of scenery, she might eventually stop this and otner bad behaviors but that cannot be guaranteed. She is very sweet, and was somewhat talkative but only says 'Pretty Bird' now. She prefers men, and has never bitten me but that is also something that cannot be guaranteed. She is a very picky eater as well, but with some patience and work most of these problems could be rectified. I am moving into a smaller place so one bird has to go, and as sad as it makes me this is the one. Birds like this go for over $1000 from pet stores, but I am only asking a rehoming fee of $200.
