Maintenance for Apartment Complex

Description

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance worker to respond to work orders, prepare units for new move-in's and perform preventative maintenance at an apartment complex in Bloomingdale, Il. Must be on call every third week with a response time of approximately 30 minutes. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Diagnose and trouble shoot apartment maintenance issues which includes: replacements and installation of lighting, ceiling fans, blinds, mirrors, broken windows, closet doors, smoke detectors, caulking of tubs or sinks and other similar repairs. Minor plumbing, electrical, snow removal etc.
