LARGE SENIOR COMMUNITY.,. 400 + UNITS is seeking a fulltime maintenance technician with two (2) years of apartment maintenance or related work experience required. Must have a valid Driver's License. Must be skilled in installations, drywall/stucco repairs, minor plumbing and electrical. Must have basic hand tools and be a team player with fellow employees. Work schedule M-F 9am-6pm weekends off.
