Hello! We need someone to cut our grass (3 small sections pictured below) just every 2 weeks... We like to pay you for 3 months in advance.... Would you reply with what your cost would be? We had a person who indicated he would be reliable, but just stopped coming even after paying him. I wont mention names but please do not reply if you are him, obviously.
