There is a hole in the floor. It is Hardwood floors I believe it's Pine. I can see below into the garage. I don't think that it is that big of a hole. And it is due to past termite damage. But I got the place tented last year. I'm sorry I don't have any pictures. As I manage the property. I need someone between 1130 + 12 or from 1 to 2 to look at this. December 7th is when the repair needs to be taking place or to look at it. I live 4 hours out of town. And I'll only be down on Tuesday. December 7th. I've asked for a picture of the repair that needs to be done. But have not heard back from the tenants. But it is a for sure thing December 7th. Thank you for helping me.
