Paradise Pets is looking to hire an experienced PET GROOMER, DOG BATHER AND KENNEL ATTENDANT! We are a friendly, pet loving, family-owned business who love working with animals and their owners. We are looking to add the right team members to help us with our growing company! We are a 5 star yelp company. JOB REQUIREMENT FOR PET GROOMER -Must have at least 3+ years working in a professional shop setting -Knowledge about specific breed cuts -Hand scissoring and de-matting skills -Be able to communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner -Must have own "major" tools (scissors, clippers, brushes) -Be able to lift at least 40 lbs. -Punctual and reliable transportation is a must -This position is full time -Flexible hours - we are open 6 days a week. Commission based job + TIPS JOB REQUIREMENT FOR KENNEL ATTENDANT -Must have experience working with animals in a professional setting -Must have a clean and professional appearance -Must be able to communicate well with customers -Be knowledgeable about different dog breeds and be comfortable working with them - Not afraid to get your hands dirty - Have reliable transportation - Positive and friendly attitude -Self Starter Job description: -Answering phone calls/scheduling appointments -Checking clients in/out -Handling payment -Giving tours of the facility -Filling out pet report cards -Interacting and playing with dogs in daycare -Taking care of boarding dogs (feeding, walking, sending pictures to pet parents) -Cleaning up after pets in daycare -Taking dogs out on short walks for potty breaks -Cleaning the facility (mopping, dusting, vacuuming etc.) Don't hesitate to reach out to us at 818-881-4004 Check out our website www.paradise-pets.com for pricing
