As one of New Jersey’s Premier Equipment Sales & Service providers for the full line of Sharp Office Equipment, Digital Signage & Aquos Boards as well as Oce & HP Large Format systems, Ace is currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated, Field Service Technician. Steady client growth is enabling Ace Reprographics to expand its Field Service Division and we want you to join us! In this important role, your responsibilities will include: • Installation, set up of equipment and to network • On-site repair, and maintenance of Sharp Digital MFP’s, Digital Signage & Aquos Boards, HP and Oce Wide Format devices. • Ability to handle complex disassembly, cleaning, and replacement of individual parts, reassembly, testing, and adjustment, • Network Assessments • maintaining inventory of parts • Systematically troubleshoot malfunctions of equipment including both mechanical and electrical, to determine cause and resolve. • De-installation of equipment where necessary to facilitate delivery or equipment return. • Maintain positive effective customer relationships and good working relationships with Clients and fellow Ace Reprographics staff. Compensation based on experience. Includes salary, expenses, bonus opportunities as well as a comprehensive benefits package including major medical, dental and 401k.
