1- acre in Wailua Homesteads, in two adjoining parcels. Once a month (cannot go longer - to keep it under control). Work time for one person depends upon what needs to be done, grass length and types of equipment used. Mow grass by road, and front, side and back yard and routine yard maintenance. Weedwack edge, front, side and back and fence line. Property to always be maintained to all boundary lines. Clear and remove fallen green debris each month, small amounts if done monthly. Occasional use of herbicide (no Round Up). Riding mower necessary. Must be dependable, experienced, reliable, honest, with good communication. Owner is unemployed senior citizen.
