General maintenance, quiet property, owner full time resident. 24 hours per week, being 6 hrs/day, four days per week: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri. Some flexibility. Drug test, references and driver’s license required. Work includes - but is not limited to - lawn mowing, pool maintenance, irrigation repair (PVC work), tree pruning, seasonal storm shutters, equipment maintenance (good equipment provided), gardening and plant care.
