The pairing will include a pre chosen flight of four 4 oz Bruz beers paired with 4 different, carefully chosen cheeses with a cured meat and accoutrements. Sam from Truffle Cheese Shop and Charlie from Bruz Beers will walk you through each pairing and discuss flavor profiles while you taste.
