Rescued lab/shepherd mixes need foster home!

Astro and Elroy were pulled from a high kill shelter in Duplin County, NC, on their last day and would love to find a foster or forever home! Our rescue, a local non-profit organization, will provide a dog crate, dog food, collar, leash and any items that either dog may need during his foster stay. Any potential foster will be able to determine Astro's or Elroy's arrival and departure date. Any time offered would be much appreciated. At 3 years old and 50 pounds, Astro has a gorgeous reddish coat and is a handsome boy! He knows some of his commands and has a fun-loving nature. Elroy is about 55 pounds and 4 years old and also has a great disposition. Both dogs are up to date on vaccines and neutered. They love to romp and play in the yard with each other and having someone to play fetch with them would be their joy! Both Elroy and Astro get admiring looks wherever they go but their most appealing trait is their sweet personalities. They love each other but can be fostered or adopted separately.
