HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN Nassau BOCES Garden City, NY 11530 Performs a variety of highly skilled tasks in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and related equipment; performs related duties as required. High school diploma and four years of satisfactory experience installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, equipment and machinery. Requirements: 1. Continuing possession of an appropriate class, valid Driver’s License issued by the State of New York. 2. Continuing possession of the Universal Technician Certification – for servicing all types of equipment – as determined by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Building Management System (BMS) experience a plus. This is a full-time position with Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending and NYS Employees Retirements System benefits.
