Description

Part time superintendent position needed for 4 story building with 3 residential tenants and 1 retail tenant. Regular duties to include: cleaning the common areas of the building, removing the trash twice a week, shoveling snow, and communicating with management regarding tenant needs. Must have experience with NYC buildings, knowledge of boilers, electricals, and mechanicals, and must be responsive to text messages and phone calls. Preferable that the position is filled by someone who lives within 30 minutes to an hour of the building.
