In this session you will learn about right posture, awareness of breath, greater philosophical context of meditation and it's application At this meetup you will be guided through the 4 stages of meditation based on awareness of breath, posture, and greater philosophical context. The Session First 3 steps are practical through which you will understand how to find your most natural optimum posture, how to practice mindfulness of breath, how to cultivate seamless clarity of awareness, how to relax the body and calm the mind. The 4th stage of session will conclude by mutually discussing the higher or greater philosophical context for a successful practice and its application in day-to-day life. You may ask questions related to meditation, it's application in daily living or about relevant philosophies. Benefits of Meditation Meditation is one of the methods of self-development. Right meditation can improve health by reducing the impact of stressful lifestyle, relaxing the body, calming mind, improving posture and enhancing circulation of vital force. In scientific terms, regular practice of meditation can improve your body metabolism and immune system. Right posture and awareness can help you discover your natural inner compass to carry yourself meditatively through day-to-day life. Regular and right practice of meditation can eventually improve seamless clarity of awareness, gives sense of inner fulfillment, gives self-mastery, improve your ability to self-regulate and improve your sensitivity to life. Meditation cushion or yoga block facilitates necessary optimum body posture. You may actively participate in the workshop, or you can be a silent meditative participant.
