FOUND - white shorthaired cat

We found a mostly white shorthaired cat outside of our home tonight (12/4/21), meowing. We are near School #3, in Cliffside Park. He had a blue harness on, fit a little too snug. Not sure how long he's been lost, I'm guessing it's been a couple of weeks. He must be under a year old, and has not yet been neutered.
