Pamela from Teletextile is BACK AGAIN the second Wednesday of November for an *after hours* Sound Bath meditation in our Sweat Equity studio! You won't want to miss this beautiful and intoxicating form of meditation. The best part?.. It will be nice and dark to create a more relaxing and safe space - sounds wonderful right? Right! We have limited spots available so make sure to RSVP immediately - Our studio space can safely accommodate up to 15-20 individuals! If you miss this month's RSVP, be sure to sign up fast!
