"Alma" means SOUL in Spanish, and that's exactly what this space exudes. I mean, look at this light!
Join me for a very special yoga event immersed in the heart of the Alma, Art and Interiors exhibition, curated by Oliva Gallery and Architectural Anarchy. We'll do a soulful yoga practice, followed by coffee and/or a glass of bubbly.
I encourage you to tour all three floors of this space after class, it's simply breathtaking. And all items on display are cash-and-carry, so you might just find that special something for your walls or home!
Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test required.

Maria Rosner has been teaching yoga for almost 20 years, in Chicago and her second home in Southwest Michigan. As a lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast, Maria discovered yoga at a physically and mentally stressful time in her life. The effects of yoga on her health and wellness were so profound that she made it her vocation to teach. Maria currently teaches at several of Chicago’s premiere yoga and fitness studios, including East Bank Club, Yogaview, Nature Yoga Sanctuary, the Chicago Athletic Clubs, and the Woman’s Athletic Club of Chicago.
Maria infuses her classes with passion, creativity, and a spirit of playfulness. She strives to challenge and inspire her students while emphasizing safe alignment and breath awareness. She is passionate about inspiring others to adopt healthy and happy lifestyles, full of positivity, play, and plenty of paprika. Maria sees every moment as an opportunity—to embrace life, to care for others, and to love without judgment. When she’s not teaching yoga, Maria goes to as many concerts as she can, loves to cook for friends and family, and is learning how to play ice hockey.
