60 Minute Full Body Workout & Cool Down w/ Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor, Justine Z Head into your holiday festivities with more ease & grounded energy with my full body workout & cooldown. I'm a certified personal trainer (6 yrs) and yoga teacher (3 years.) I'll bring the benefits of both of these movement practices to this class in an accessible & fun way! Here's the class structure: 10 minutes: dynamic warmup to prep the body & mind for the challenge ahead35 minutes: 4 rounds of a full body (*bodyweight) circuit 15 minutes: yoga inspired stretches to cool, quiet & center the body & mindWhat to bring: Water bottle filled with water (no water fountain on premise)Yoga/exercise matSweat towel if you're like me and sweat bucketsCLEAN INDOOR SNEAKERS; barefoot is also fine*option to bring your own medium dumbbell or kettlebell (8-20lbs) to increase the intensity of workoutCOVID Precautions Masks are not required at this time however the town of Winooski may change mask mandates between now and then, so please bring a mask just in case!Social distancing: participants mats will be 6 feet apart while the class is taking place (the place is huge)FYI: I am fully vaccinated and have had my boosterOther details: Come 5-10 minutes early to sign a waiver and settle inAll levels of fitness are welcome; variety of options and modifications given for most exercises to accomodate beginners and super fit folks alike
