Looking for a Contractor Handyman for various repairs to several units on an on going basis.
I am asking that the handy/repairman have at least the following:
- Vehicle
- Tools
- Some repair knowledge and experince working on rental properties
- A Zelle account for payment that is in your name
- a clean background
Pay is by the job based on what you estimate.
