Kitten saved from trash

Description

Some jerk threw some kittens in the trash and they were quickly saved. I ended up with one, it is very young and should still be with its mother. I need someone who has the skill to please take care of this baby, or someone who can take it to a proper animal shelter so it gets the care it needs (I don't have a car). I have been feeding it milk with a dropper. It is an all black kitten, probably female. She is responsive and seems healthy, her meows are fairly strong considereing. Please help, do a good deed.
