Do you love to clean?! Small, reputable housekeeping business is looking for a few METICULOUS residential housekeepers to join our team. This job requires a high level of responsibility for team and solo work. Promptness, timely communication, and a willingness to learn, improve, and help others are essential to the job. The ideal applicant is a stickler for cleaning detail. Reliable transportation and cellular phone service are essential and the applicant must be RESPONSIVE via texting. This part-time job, 20-30+ hours per week as per your ability, will provide a good steady income, with ongoing potential for advancement. We are a friendly and happy group of people, easy to work with and supportive. We are not all young, so don’t imagine age is a deterrent! Experience and responsible attention to the job are most valuable! We use earth-friendly cleaning products and techniques, replacing chemicals with elbow grease, and we serve select clients who appreciate this distinction. This is not “maid” work; we don’t pick up after folks, make beds (few exceptions), do dishes or laundry, we do not wash vast windows, or clean anything higher than a two-step stool. I am offering a progressive pay scale, and the right person can advance quickly to a very good wage. Training is from 1-3 months, depending on your skills. Once you've proven your QUALITY CLEANING ABILITY, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION and RESPONSIBLE INDEPENDENCE, I will schedule you for solo cleaning times. Once trained, the cleaner's schedule is generally outlined 1-2 weeks in advance. A predictable schedule providing repeat 2- and 4-week cleanings at regular client houses is your goal.
