We are looking for a painter with a painting facility to paint 200+ bike share bikes from red to gloss black. We do not want to remove all the components, so we need them to be masked. The frames should be sanded lightly and painted. We are on a budget, so they don't need to look perfect. These need to be done over the winter so they are done by late March.
