A highly impactful property preservation company, with many opportunities and contracts from various national clients, is seeking to work with General Contractors, day laborers, lawn service teams, talent recruiters, and commission-based professionals with experience in completing residential jobs. The necessary experiences included are roof patching, fencing, winterization, debris removals, lawn services, mold remediation, and various areas that rehab and maintenance may require. The ideal candidates will be able to follow instructions, pay attention to detail, use technology (phone/laptop), answer condition questions, bid, have access to email accounts, and must know how to recruit General Contractors, day laborers, handymen/handy persons, trade teams and technicians, and must be willing to earn profit from the actual jobs listed. The ideal candidates must be able to speak the appropriate jargon to provide adequate information about what's expected in each work order and must be willing to travel short distances (5-20 miles) when necessary to examine property conditions when it's necessary. Travel may not always be mandated. Travel will likely be seldom with an ideal Talent Coordinator, who is recruiting very experienced persons. Ideal candidates and their recruits aren't required to have licenses. Ideal candidates can expect to earn money on a commission-based scale, with 4 tier system used to disperse pay amounts: I. $0-2,000 (5% per job if the Talent Coordinator or TC actually recruited the workers) II. $2,001-4,000 (6% per job if the Talent Coordinator or TC actually recruited the workers or worker) III. $4,001-6,000 (10% per job if the Talent Coordinator recruited the talent) IV. $6,001-10,000 (15% per job if the Talent Coordinator recruited the talent) **The Talent Coordinator is endorsed based on their work with the understanding that the tiers above are contingent on the amount of the work orders (final payment provided).
