Description
Local Property Owner/Manager seeks person to perform all general repairs and remodeling for properties located in Elkhart and St Joe counties. The qualified individual will have verifiable experience in painting, drywall finishing, carpentry, flooring, light plumbing and electrical, roofing and masonry experience also helpfull. Hours will vary on a daily basis, but you will get 40 hours per week. You must have reliable transportation, preferably a pick up truck, and have your own small tools. Staring pay is $16.00 per hour on a sub contract basis with advancement potential. MUST be able to pass a background check, and a drug test. For consideration, please send resume.
