We will be holding a fun kids' holiday culinary camp for our little chefs where they will learn the fundamentals of the culinary arts! We will be holding a fun kids' holiday culinary camp for our little chefs where they will learn the fundamentals of the culinary arts, including basic cooking techniques, knife skills, baking, sauces, and much more! In each class, students learn to plan and execute recipes that include an appetizer, main dishes and desserts. Continental breakfast will be offered when they arrive. At the completion of each class, students come together to enjoy their creations. Our chef instructors are classically trained and have many years experience teaching this program. WHO MAY ATTEND Children 7 through 14 who are interested in exploring the culinary arts. CLASS SIZE Smaller class size means greater opportunity to interact. No more than 24 children per class. Campers will work in groups to prepare multiple recipes each day. SCHEDULE Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. You must register for all 4 days. No credits issued for missing a class. No refunds. No exceptions. Thank you. Masks will be required for all campers. Please send a Tupperware with your child each day. Saute Culinary Academy offers classes to serve every kind of cook, from beginners to advanced. We offer recreational classes on a variety of subjects, featuring seasonal produce and focusing on proper techniques. Most classes run for three hours and all our classes are hands-on, so students truly learn through participation. Our goal is to teach participants how to prepare simple and delicious meals for healthy living in a way that is compatible with your everyday busy life. In each class, students learn to plan and a cook a meal that includes an appetizer, main dish and dessert. Classes are open to all levels. Join us for a fun night of cooking and eating!
