Hi, my name is Charles Gordon, I go by Charlie. I am a person that has spent a lifetime fixing pretty much everything you can think of in a home. A fast but not limited to these items. Roofs, framing, sheetrock, texture, wallpaper, plumbing, electrical, house hardware, heating and air conditioning (licensed), ranges, microwaves, refrigerators (licensed), garbage disposers, dishwasher, ovens. Yes, I am overqualified on all this and more. I am in search of a property owner that needs their property fix-up, either to sell or to rent. Long paragraph sorry. My goal is to live on properties for a reduced agreed-upon amount while upgrading their home. Again, I will try to keep this short, but I am trying to sell myself so forgive me. I want to justify the statement above. Over my 35-year career, I have served my country, I have owned my own heating and air conditioning business for many years, I have been an Executive Chief Engineer at Embassy Suites hotels for over 10 years. I have worked for Sears home appliance repair, for over 7 years, I am what is known as a Generalist. Meaning I fix everything in a home. Currently, I have decided to enroll in college to become a real estate agent. I have lived here in Port Angeles for 4 years. I have rented from the same place the entire time. I have letters of recommendation from Windermere Property whom I have rented from and a letter from the owner of this property. I have taken great care of this property and even renovated several things on the property, mainly the entire kitchen, installing new laminate, sinks, etc. The owner has decided to sell this property, hence needing a new place. I must be out by Jan 3, 2022. I also have a letter of recommendation from the prior owner where I lived in Aurora Colorado. I have spent a lifetime in Heating and air conditioning, I have built houses from the ground up. I can even do wallpaper LOL. Please see the attachments to this email. There are two letters of recommendation from the owners of the properties I have rented at. One I fixed many things but installed a new A/C for, the other I remodeled his kitchen and several other things in this house. Or please contact Windermere property, (Shamber). You will never find anyone as versed in all the repairs as I am, as you can tell I am a bit of a workaholic and I deliver nothing but top-of-the-line results.
