7th Annual Gingerbread House Event - 2021 The Cynthia Baer - Your Neighborhood Realtor invites you to choose your home to decorate 7th Annual Gingerbread House Event!The Cynthia Baer Real Estate Team invites you and your children to choose your very own Gingerbread House to take home and decorate.  This year will be a pick up event - we'll provide the house and materials for you to take home to decorate. Share on our instagram page @CynthiaBaer30307 with the hashtag #CynthiaBaerGingerbread2021 for the chance to win multiple prizes including the GIANT GINGERBREAD HOUSE! Note, you are not limited to the construction and decorative items provided - feel free to add your own materials - we are providing a starting point. Adults can participate too with your own gingerbread home, just make sure to alert us so we categorize you separately. Please RSVP (in parents' name) with the number of houses needed. Each child will receive their own gingerbread house ready to decorate. Just like in our real estate market, we have limited inventory on housing, so be sure to register soon (once homes are gone, they're gone). NOTE: You can drop in anytime between 11a -1p to pick up your home.
