North Carroll Business Alliance's Christmas Party Please join the North Carroll Business Alliance (NCBA) for our Christmas Party on Thursday, December 16th at the Chef Jeff Experience at J&B Restaurant. Doors open at Noon and the party starts at 12:30 P.M. Lunch will be free for NCBA members only but guests can attend as well. Our guest speakers will be Ryan Warner, the mayor of Manchester, and Heather DeWees, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Carroll County. In addition, there will be a white elephant gift exchange so please bring a wrapped gift with a value of $25 or less. Our organization will be collecting food for a local food pantry so please bring some non-perishables to donate.
