...know our identity and our mission -- not looking to do classic rock, blues, alternative, etc.
...are gigging, with confirmed 2022 bookings, and we rehearse once a week (with an agenda!) in comfortable space in F'burg

...are a strong pocket guitarist with lead ability and a good ear, and you don't mind doing homework at home
...have musical tastes that include a strong helping of soul, neo-soul + R&B music (no hipster badge required though)
...have pro equipment, your own transpo, probably a steady job, and *definitely* no drug or drama problems
...are looking for a band that enjoys and looks forward to playing together
The band members have become friends. Sounds old-fashioned, but we'd prefer to find someone to share that if we can. We love our current guitarist, but he's moving in the spring. No drama about it, and he wants to help with transition. Also we're already planning to write some tunes ourselves, and have access to decent home studio gear, so if you're creative that's a plus. Also, you don't have to sing at all, but if you do it's a plus.
