Have a blast with your child while increasing their self-confidence, building an important skill, and helping with selective “picky” eating. Do you struggle with a picky eater and only dare to dream of a balanced toddler meal? Is mealtime preparation tricky to balance with a curious kiddo who wants to “help” out? Toddler Test Kitchen is a one of a kind, hands-on, parent-child cooking class for kids from 2yrs to 6yrs (recommended). Toddler Test Kitchen will increase food acceptance for your selective eater and boost excitement for your adventurous child. Each class features an age appropriate, original recipe created by Baby Bloom Nutrition. The class is guided by Yaffi Lvova, RDN, of Baby Bloom Nutrition Come prepared for an adventure, and bring your nutrition questions! If there are any food concerns related to allergies, religion, or ethics, please contact me at [email protected]. Your needs WILL be accommodated if at all possible, just contact me at least 3-4 days prior to the scheduled class. Smaller children in strollers or wraps are welcome! If it gets overwhelming, we have extra hands available to help keep this a positive experience for all. *Registration is one ticket per child/parent pair. *Toddler Test Kitchen + 1 hour private counseling with Yaffi: $132, to be scheduled privately. Session to occur over Zoom. COVID safety information: Class will be held outside with increased spacing between families. There will also be decreased class size. Each child will have their own set of equipment for class use. Masking is up to family preference. She works with pregnant women and new parents to plan nutrition for themselves and their families during the transition into parenthood. She provides counseling by phone to assist in the following areas: Pregnancy Nutrition, Nutrition During Breastfeeding, Nutrition for the New Mom, Colic and Fussiness, Initial Food Introduction, Selective (Picky) Eating, Allergy Management, Family Nutrition and Meal Planning Toddler Test Kitchen She created Toddler Test Kitchen as a way to introduce children to unfamiliar foods in a safe way, a way that builds confidence and self-reliance while spending quality time with parents. As the owner of Baby Bloom Nutrition, she works with pregnant women and new parents to increase their nutritional confidence and help smooth the transition into parenthood. Nap Time Nutrition Nap Time Nutrition is Yaffi’s weekly live Facebook segment, covering all nutrition concerns related to pregnancy, infants, kids, and parenthood. Save My Sanity From quick planning and recipe choice, reducing overwhelm at the supermarket, cooking methods tailored to personal cooking ability and available equipment, right up to the improving actual table atmosphere, every aspect is addressed to reduce the insanity of caring for a family. And it all takes into account personal flavor preferences, cooking desire/ability, and family schedule! Included is a personal, one-on-one consult with Yaffi Lvova, RDN to identify goals and obstacles, to ensure that Save My Sanity is directed at you and your own personal needs! Save My Sanity!
