Hoping to give our precious girl a better life. We love her so much but have needed to rehome her for over a year now due to family medical circumstance... we keep putting it off cause we love her so much and don't want to let her go but know there's a better life out there for her. We are just not able to give her the attention we use to. About Honey: She's adorable. She has the sweetest puppy dog eyes and a silly goofy ear that sticks up (just her right one). She never barks and is good with kids, cats, and most other dogs. When we take her out to our family farm, she runs around outside with the kids and doesn't leave their side. She know's that's her job. She's great on or off leash. Loves car trips and short adventures but really is a home body when it comes down to it. Comes to her name (or any sweet noise). Sits, Stays, Shakes, "lay down" if she feels like it. OH! And she loves plants. She just sticks her face right in them and stands there... it's hilarious. Overall, she's the sweetest most low maintenance dog we've ever known. We think she's about 11 years old but not sure. She is perfectly healthy as far as we know. Negatives: The main one is that she's due to go to the vet for full check up. She get's anxious if we give her any people food so we just stick to dog food. She does not like to go camping. She'd much rather be at home in her bed. She prefers carpet to hard floors. We are really hoping she can get with a family that can give her more attention. This just isn't fair to her anymore and I know there's a better life for her. We will be picky about a new owner. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you would like to come meet her.
