Seeking bids from MI state-licensed plumber to bring 10-unit apartment building (built in 1973) up to code. And once all other rehab work is complete, it will be necessary to trim out each of the units. Each of the 10 units has a kitchen and one bathroom. Also, there are two laundry facilities, one on each floor. Please do not respond if you are not licensed. Work is being performed under a MI licensed general contractor and permitted through the state.
