Looking for a Shih Tzu or Shih Tzu mix...posting for a friend who had to give his female Shih Tzu mix (15lbs tan and brown) away when he was ill. He gave it to his neighbors on N.O. East (Little Woods) but they have since moved and don't have contact info.
