I'm looking for musicians in their 40s who just want to get together once or twice a month to play top 40, rock hits, and some obscure songs with the goal of just rocking a gig or two every 2-3 months for the fun of it. Bands I dig are Radiohead, Filter, Nirvana, Qotsa, Ratm, Ben Folds, Pavement, Royal Blood, Tool, Tom Petty, NIN, Silverchair, Galactic, Rick Braun, Smashing Pumpkins, 311, and many others.. And of course flight of the Conchords if you got the title reference. I play rhythm and some passable lead as well as sing leads and backups. no ego here. Looking for a lead guitarist, drummer, and bassist to play for fun and see where it goes. possible originals down the line. Let me know if that's cool with you and what music you like.
