Come get in to the holiday spirit with us at the Capital City Market for a holiday themed class with Danielle, owner of Amayesing Graze! Deck the halls and join us at the Capital City Market, downtown Lansing, for an evening of festive, holiday charcuterie board building! We are going to be adding a fun Christmas-y twist to our traditional class. Class will be held on December 15th at 6 pm. This class will teach charcuterie basics plus our favorite tips and tricks from Amayesing Graze. We will be building a CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY themed board with delicious ingredients that you can find at the Capital City Market! We will provide everything necessary to make and take a delicious charcuterie board home to share with family and friends. Your board will be loaded with artisan cheeses, various charcuterie, holiday favorites, fruits, nuts, honey, fresh herbs, crackers and more. Each ticket also comes with a beverage provided by the Ferris Coffee & Nut Co. to enjoy while crafting your edible work of art. Class duration is around 1.5 hours. Space is limited.
