Miss Candice of Itty-Bitty Bakers leads kids ages 6 to 11 in decorating marshmallow snowman cupcakes! Program takes place in the Nan Abbott Meeting Room. Kids under 8 must be with an adult. This program is a meeting of the American Girls Club--kids can come with or without a doll.
