Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes will speak at the community Kwanzaa Celebration on Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Phoenix Rooms in the University Union, UW-Green Bay. Barnes serves as Wisconsin's 45th Lieutenant Governor. He is the first African American to serve as a Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin, and the second African American elected to statewide office. Free and open to the public.
