Need handyman to put my lights in a pipe

Description

Hello, I have a concrete guy who is coming in in a few days to add a step to my front porch. You can see the outline of the step in the first picture. And I have purchased four small wired LED floodlights that are supposed to sit flush on the step, pointing upwards at the four columns that you see in the first picture. The concrete guy has asked me to have a handyman build a pipe that holds the flood lights, and the low voltage wire, so he can embed it in the concrete when it’s wet. This is the most common way that low-voltage lights are embedded in wet concrete in front yards and in backyards. If you look carefully, I have shown you what this pipe would look like in blue in the picture. The pipe will run roughly 22 feet from left to right, with four junction points for the four pillars. It will then make a 90° turn and go another 7 feet or so on the side of the house where the electrical plug is. i’m looking for a handyman to come in and measure the junction points. Then you’ll have to go to Home Depot 4 miles away and select the appropriate pipe and fittings that the light fits in. I have a picture from an Amazon review of the light that shows the fitting, it should be available at Home Depot. You will then have to cut the plastic pipe and put it together. I estimate that the total amount of work is about 4 to 5 hours. You should be comfortable with connecting water pipes and T junctions. You will be passing a low-voltage wire through the pipes and connecting the wire to the lights. I’ve also included a picture of the light for you As the second picture. The third and fourth picture come from an Amazon reviewer of the lights who did this and I provided as an example for you. In the third picture you can see how that person put the light in a pipe. In the fourth picture you can see the pipe in the cement. These are just examples, so you can Visualize what you are doing. Please provide me with a fixed price quote for labor only. I already have the lights and the low-voltage wire and the transformer that plugs into the wall outlet. I will pay for the pipes, fittings, pipe cement etc.
