Looking for dad's helper, handyman, yard cleaner, house project doer..

Hi. Like many busy parents, I could use some regular and periodic help with indoor and outdoor projects. The ideal person would have some skills, but most of the projects do not require much skill (and you or I can quickly figure out the best way to do something, and then you or we can do it). The main thing is that I want a person that's willing to tackle any job. It's likely best for someone that lives near San Carlos / Belmont, so that the travel time is minimal. I'm flexible on timing, as it could be different times during the weekdays or weekends, but preferably afternoons and/or weekends. I will want to verify who you are and where you live, since you'll be around my family. Regular / repeat work: I could use someone to regularly come and do some yard work; we have no grass, but lots of trees, so it's mostly leaves and branches to clean up. There could be some other regular work like cleaning/washing cars, etc. I'd imagine this would be like 1-2hrs every 1-2 weeks, but then there are a bunch of current projects, so I could use much more help right now, if you're available - and there will always be other projects to work on when you come. Current / sample special projects include: cleaning up a lot of leaves, putting up a large curtain rod, caulking some windows and bath/kitchen areas, organizing some yard supplies, sanding and varnishing a wood slab table, pressure washing and painting a small deck, etc. I have all the tools, just need someone to help/do some of the work.
