Residential real estate sales team in search of a General Contractor/ Painting Contractor for resurfacing of homes prior to going on the market. Our team sells >50 homes a year. We represent the sellers, and >80% of these homes require painting, floor refinishing, new carpet, upgraded lighting, bathroom mirror installations, vinyl flooring; occasionally, these homes require more, but generally, we work from a budget of $20,000 to $50,000 for each home. Homes we sell are located in San Francisco, Marin, and Oakland/ Berkeley. You must be organized and have a most professional approach to our clients and customer service.
