Qualifications: - Demonstrated knowledge of the methods, materials, chemicals, and equipment used in janitorial work. - Knowledge of proper safety and sanitation measures. - Working knowledge of effective lead/supervisory practices. - Ability to get along with and communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and clients. Requirements: - Prior experience as a Lead Janitor or equivalent. - Full-time/open availability. - Physical ability to perform required duties. - Must possess a valid CA driver's license.
