SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash., December 3, 2021- Snohomish County is encouraging nonprofit organizations and government agencies to review the Notice of Fund Availability (NOFA) and submit applications for public facility and infrastructure projects designed to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the direct and indirect effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to mitigate future risks. A total of $619,176 in federal funds is available. Projects must primarily benefit low- and moderate-income persons or neighborhoods in Snohomish County. Interested applicants are encouraged to attend a virtual application workshop on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Information on how to access the virtual (Zoom) application workshop and details of eligibility and other program requirements are available in the NOFA starting on Friday, December 3, 2021, at: CDBG-CV3 Public Facility & Infrastructure Application Applications must be completed and received at the Snohomish County Human Services Department by 4:00 p.m., on Friday, January 7, 2022.
