Looking for a Maintenance Tech and Porter for apartment communities! Join our dedicated, dynamic and fast growing team and helps us ensure quality service to provide maintenance expertise for apartment communities throughout Lakeland! Responsibilities: -Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion -Estimate time and extent of repairs - Perform routine preventive maintenance - Maintain material and supply inventory -Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Qualifications and requirements: -Ability to operate various hand tools -Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions -Effective communication skills -Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical a PLUS! -Property maintenance/handyman experience PAID WEEKLY!
