Need After Effects Help

I'm trying to use After Effects but I really need someone who knows how to use it to help me figure things out. Things keep moving around and I can't figure out how to get things to move the way I want. Just let me know how much you charge and when you're available please. I can't get much done until I have help. Using an iMac. Thank you.
