Press release from the City of Irving: December 3, 2021 As the outside painting continues at City Hall, 825 W. Irving Blvd., it will be necessary to block off access to various public entries in-order to facilitate work. The North entry, facing Rock Island Road, is now closed to the public as the painting work is performed in that area Once the North entry is open, later in the week and into Dec. 13-17, the Main West entry, facing Irving Boulevard, will be closed to the public. During this time, all patrons will need to use the North entry for access into the City Hall lobby.
