[backups requested] Solar Installations Helper

(we have hired a full staff, we are now just looking for backups in case the staff doesn't work out. Please let me know your on-call availability for this Sunday, estimate how many roofs you've been on (one or two is OK), and how many hours' notice you'd need to start if I called you on Sunday morning). Hi, I have a number of jobs to do on the roof, probably 40 hours worth. 26-foot 375-lb "Little Giant" Ladder will be provided, but you will need to have your own desired safety gear. This will be on the roof of a two-story SFH. Some of the jobs include: 1) Helping with Shingle repair 2) Helping with installing solar brackets 3) Helping with hauling Unistrut up to the roof 4) Helping with hauling solar panels up to the roof 5) preDrilling, weathproofing, and fastening mounts. Flexible work schedule (but not while it's raining). Cash daily. Thanks,
